In stressful situations it is easy to get carried away in emotion, however when approached with an uncomfortable confrontation, if you try to remember these words it will help you:

“Anger itself does more harm than the condition which aroused anger”

You are a super hero, what is anger anyway? We don’t have to subject ourselves to any feeling we are not interested in feeling! Its called, controlling our emotions, rather than submitting to them. Emotional intelligence is just as important as mental or physical intelligence! Keep your energy filled with positivity often, and you will attract positivity often! I guarantee it 😉 xo-Lovely
